We have recently migrated our shop to something.............much better in terms of security and features.

Customer accounts and previous orders were migrated to the new system, but unfortunately, a few fell through the cracks.

One problem with data migrations is that passwords cannot be migrated due to how they are created and encrypted on a server. So a new one needs to be made.

Link your account

Fear not, though. If you are a previous customer who has found that you can't log in to the new store, the remedy is very straightforward.

Steps:

  1. Just click the log-in link at the top of the page and then click on the create account link.
    Click on the account icon to start linking your account
  2. Click on the Create Account button to start entering your name, e-mail address and then you can enter a new password.
    Click on the Create Account button to begin accessing your old account
  3. Once you enter your name and e-mail address and create a password, the shop will link your new account to the one already stored so you can see your previous orders and continue using the site.
    Once you have entered the details from your old account, clicking sign in will link your account




I'm sorry for any inconvenience, but it is the only way I could enable the secure transfer of customers' information.

If this doesn't work for you, get in touch, and we can look into it for you. However, for the majority of customers, this step will re-establish their accounts.
