I charge a nominal fee for the STL files and instructions for my more complicated designs. This is one of those designs.

I print mine in ABS, but you could use PLA or PETG instead.

NOTE: You are purchasing a zip file containing four STL files and a pdf containing the instructions and suggested print settings for creating this electrode. You will need two 10cm lengths of 6mm Conductive Rubber for the electrode surfaces. You will also need some superglue to affix the M6 nuts in place.

STL Files:

Center.stl – The centre part of this electrode.

Left_Arm.stl – The left clamping arm that accepts the 6mm conductive rubber.

Right_Arm.stl – The right clamping arm that accepts the 6mm conductive rubber.

Knurled_Nut.stl - The holders for the M6 nuts. You will need to print four of these.

Components/Material Required:

2 x 6mm Conductive Rubber, approximately 10cm/4" long.

6 x M6 nuts, I used nylon nuts, but steel ones will be fine.

2 x 10cm/4" lengths of M6 threaded bar. I opted for a nylon threaded bar to give some flexibility but a steel threaded bar will work too.

Superglue is used to secure the nuts in place in the knurled holders and in the centre section where the threaded bar passes through the main body.

4 x Rubber thread guards (optional), these push onto the end of the exposed threads to tidy them up.
